Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize the financial reporting working procedure, as well as the Financial Accounting and Reporting Policies;
- Act as primary source of advice for Financial Accounting and Reporting queriez;
- Manage the preparation of financial reports on all periodic basis;
- Manage the review of statutory financial statements;
- Drive projects, provide finance guidance and often serve as first point of contact for finance and business partners to resolve issues;
- Supervise and assist in the training and development of the financial reporting team;

Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of finance experience or at least 3 years’ experience in financial or regulatory reporting
- Qualified Accountant, (ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
- E-commerce background, including working in a high-volume payment processing environment
- Excellent understanding of IFRS reporting requirements.
- Experience working in financial reporting from a Big-4 public accounting firm is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal written and oral communication skills
- Strong intellect and analytical skills.
