RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor local and international sites’ compliance with accounting procedures, help sites in monthly financial closing, maintain financial records and administer the collection and reporting of financial information.
• Monthly financial closing and reconciliation of accounts
• Help local and international sites close accurately and quickly
• Assist in the preparation of global financial reports
• Work closely with top financial management on many reporting issues
• Assist in budgeting & year end auditing activities
• Post and balance financial full books
• Ensure financial process and policy are in place
• Any other ad hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time
  
  

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Accounting or Business Administration equivalent combination of education and experience or proven accounting professional qualification.
• 4 to 5 years of accounting work experience in MNC.
• Experience with public accounting; USGAAP; financial reporting software, Hyperionwould be a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and PowerPoint, with MS Excel level 1 or level 2 Certificatewould be a plus
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
• Possess good communication skills, analytical mind and poised personality.
• Self-motivated and hardworking with positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work under tight reporting deadlines.
• Willing to travel occasionally.
