The Financial Services Business Specialist is primarily responsible for activities supporting the various lease-end functions within the department. This function will have regular contact with external vendors, Retailers, internal/external auditors and will be a key support working closely with the Senior Financial Services Business Specialist.

What awaits you? 

• Preparing maturity bills for Customer lease accounts, ensuring their completeness, accuracy, and timely distribution by referencing lease-end inspection results.
• Executing Service Requests as they pertain to Maturity Billing adjustments.
• Processing Lease Assumptions including the management of assumption holds, payment holds, and lien amendments.
• Administering the Employee Lease Vehicle (ELV) program from a Financial Services perspective.
• Managing and interacting with the repossession vendor and ensure successful repossession of Overterm vehicles and flow to the Remarketing channel.
• Conducting Lease Maturity Agent Call Quality reviews.
• Conducting departmental Goodwill Service Request audits.
• Reviewing and submitting invoices, raising PRs, supporting with the dept budget and year-end accruals.
• Preparing & analyzing reports to effectively support the Maturity Bill queue and EOT Collections.  
• Performing system regression and project testing as it pertains to Assumptions and/or Maturity Billing.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      

SHARE YOUR PASSION FOR ACCELERATED RESULTS.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related experience.
• 2-3 years of Financial Services, Automotive, or Banking experience.
• Strong computer skills, experience with SAP would be an asset.
• Familiarity with automotive leasing concepts would be an asset.
• Previous experience in a call-centre type environment would be an asset.
• Bilingualism (English / French) would be an asset.
• Strong communication skills with ability to effectively manage external vendors.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team environment.
