You are going to be a member of Hotel support finance team of ACCOR Northern Europe (Russia, Ukraine, Georgia and the CIS sub hub).
- Monthly operational reports (data upload from Accor systems for reporting purposes; collection of reports and its consolidation);
- Participation in financial closing (coordination of reports’ provision; preliminary control of reports’ correctness and participation in reporting templates’ preparation);
- Day-to-day communication within hotels’ financial controllers’ community;
- Event coordination (Webinars; trainings and meetings);
- Ad-hoc and administrative tasks (including sub hub Finance page creation; conduction of surveys).
Work Experience
- Preferable Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting;
- Project/Time Management Experience;
- Very good technical knowledge of MS Office (especially high proficiency in MS Excel);
- Spoken and written English;
- Emotional Intelligence;
- Team spirit;
- Customer Focus (building on long-term relationship);
- Strong communication skills;
- Demonstrate self-directed ability to manage simultaneous, complex engagements with minimal supervision;
- Good with numbers.
