This role provides an excellent learning opportunity challenging financial and analytical skill-sets with a broad geographic and business scope and visibility to Finance Management Team. You will supports on decision-making processes, forward-looking analysis and business insight, and ensuring alignment of planned actions and targets in the financial forecast. Your main responsibilities: Support the business and the Headquarters in any requirements. Support all audits and internal controls such as SOX, Internal and External Audits, etc, by providing documentation, reconciliations, explanations, etc. Frequent interaction with Headquarters and GFSS. Responsible for CAPEX updates (SAP, Oracle, etc) Responsible for daily activities such as uploading prices and calculating std cost into SAP, uploading daily information required by headquarter. Supporting the process of annual STD cost. Responsible for sales and Cost reconciliations monthly Supporting the monthly-end-closing procedure and analysis Reporting of Division packages and reports Supporting of planning procedures - Rolling Forecast, Profit Plan and Strategic Plan Supporting P&L and Balance sheet analysis and statistics information (Memo rows) against budgets and Forecasts and check data accuracy. Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are completed and uploaded into the system Supporting control of AR Past Due by monitoring AR Past Due and follow-up on action plan until all Past Due is received. Ensure reporting requirements and timeliness is met. This role will be a focal point for any matter related to Tax Direct and Indirect for activities that are not under the responsibility of CoE Direct & Indirect Tax (Mexico) Support the business in all Tax requirements Supporting the Mexican CoE Direct and Indirect Tax in any requirement Controlling the external consult that provides Tax Services to assure that all legal obligations and calculations under the business responsibility are being done properly Keeping and control the Tax and Legal Calendars to guarantee that all obligations under the business responsibility are being provided timely and properly Focal point for providing documentation/information for any inspection, such as AFIP (local IRS) Represent Eaton in AFIP´s requirements #LI-SL4 Qualifications Qualifications Your essential skills we are looking for: Bachelor’s in accounting, economy or administration. Experience in reporting. Deep knowledge general accounting procedures. Proficient in data entry and relevant computer applications.
