Responsibilities:
Review the accounting principle and financial accuracy of the system structure and design
Give advice to clients about the financial application development in accounting and financial perspectives
Assist the project team in preparing project documentation and correspondence
Maintain and upload submissions and drawings to external portals as required by clients.
Prepare procurement documents
Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, clients, government departments, sub-contractors on project execution
Prepare and update project cost, schedule and resources reports.
Provides administrative support to the project team, including project management, progress tracking, and documentation
Perform any other duties and ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
Requirements:
2 - 3 years relevant working experience, good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of both written and spoke English
Excellent PC skills in particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project
