As a Financial Controller for Austria and Switzerland you will be primarily responsible for controlling activities of Eaton Sales Office in Austria and Switzerland in respect of USGAAP and Corporate Policy compliance, risk management, internal controls and for assuring a strong partnering role to the business management and local sales team. Your key deliverables : Participates as a key business partner to the AT&CH sales leadership team, contributing to business strategy development and operational execution of business plans. Responsible for all US GAAP financial activity related to the Electrical Sales Offices in Austria and Switzerland: monthly, quarterly or annual reports concerning actuals, forecast, profit plans, strategic plans Monitors performance and provides financial information and analysis to various levels of management to enable the business to meet the annual sales and profitability target Adheres to Electrical credit management and credit approval policies. Oversight of the customers reward program schemes and incentives, to comply with Eaton targets. Acting as an integrated member of finance team Eaton Industries, GmbH. Coordinates appropriate finance activities with other controllers and accounting team in Schrems plant. Deploys, monitors and ensures compliance to USGAAP, Corporate policy, Eaton Treasury, Legal and other functions guidelines on internal control, risk management and other requirements Responsible for key tasks associated with internal controls (incl. SOD control), SOX and SOX related processes, internal audit Actively maintains the control environment, executing monthly balance sheet reconciliations and reviews. Provides adequate support to the external audit process and supports fulfilment of other statutory requirements Ensures ethical standards are maintained.
