Responsibilities：

• Participate in cross-border transaction and distressed asset management
  
• Analysis of opportunities, conduct due diligence and transaction execution
• Reviewing fund and deal terms, negotiate and execute investment transactions
• Preparation and writing of investment proposal to obtain internal Investment Committee’s approval
• Occasional travel to Mainland China may be required

Requirements：

• Master degree in economics, finance or related field, with study background in mainland China
• Excellent Modelling & Analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and good command of both English and Chinese (Native in Mandarin is a must)
• Strong written skills
• Dynamic, strong team player with stable profile is preferred
