Responsibilities:

• Responsible for routine work of the Financial Department, including general account, receivable, payable, cash management, etc.;

• Responsible for formulating monthly and annual financial statement, and audit work of annual finance and tax to guarantee the exactness of main financial data;

• Responsible for staff management of the Financial Department, guide and train staff in business, and work assessment of the team members;

• Formulating job objective and plan implementation of the department, analyzing and optimizing the workflow of the department to improve the work efficiency and reduce error rate;

• Responsible for formulating and implementing financial management rules including expense control, credit control, payment system, etc. to optimize the main financial data and indexes;

• Analyzing the main financial data and providing the relevant analysis report to the management;

• Responsible for coordinating the relevant work between the Financial Department and other functional departments;

• Dealing with and coordinating the relationship between the company and National financial department and tax department.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor of Finance and Economics or the related major of the equal education background, and CPA is preferred;

• Accountant Certificate, at least five-year work experience in financial control or dealing with general account, at least three-year work experience in personnel management is preferred;

• Accountant title, familiar with different international audit standard, and have the related experience;

• Know the working principle of ERP, have the experience in using ERP system such as Baan or SAP;

• Have a good command of Microsoft office, proficient in Excel, knowing Lotus-notes is preferred;

• CET-4 or above, fluent in written and spoken English;

• Have the sense of responsibility, good at communication, have a clear mind, and the ability in expression and leadership;

• Possess good work habits such as adhering to rules and plans, etc.
