This exciting role offers opportunity to: Responsible for setting annual goals of and using systematic thinking& data analysis results to monitor the progress& breakthrough problems to ensure the achievement of annual goals. Coordinate manpower, equipment, process and monitor outsourcers to provide products that meet customer needs on time. Emphasize quality and efficiency issues, provide the necessarily and safe skills, tools, knowledge, and resources. Lead the continuously improvement of the process, quality, increase efficiency and cost saving. Participate meeting, and lead workers to implement policies and quality related issues to provide samples of materials on time. Setting various operation control goals, plan organizational operations, and review regularly to achieve the goals. Monitor the shipping plan and progress of SCM to meet monthly shipment plan, and adjust if necessary. Make improvement plan of operational requirements such as quality, manufacturing process, equipment, fixtures, etc.,and coordinate& monitor the complete progress of various operational requirements within the dead line to reduce manufacturing costs. Coordinate the manpower, equipment and other resources, and lead the continuously improvement with the process, quality, efficiency and cost saving. Set indicators of quality and efficiency, monitor personnel status and provide timely guidance for improvement plan. Complete various operation requirements within deadline, reduce manufacturing costs, ensure that personnel and equipment operational actions can meet safety requirements. Consolidate the quality data, assist in the analysis of product abnormalities and feed back to the front-end process for cross-function improvement. Develop the line leader for finishing dept. and set the development direction Coordinate the implementation of improvement projects, solve the situation from the on-site manufacturing process or management, propose improvement suggestions and find solutions. Confirm with the finance department of the monthly cost out, absorption situation, and promote the improvement plan. Deal with the suppliers of quality, delivery and other related topics, and deploy the in-house mechanism if necessary. Qualifications Bachelor/college degree or above (manufacturing, industrial engineering, machinery, electrical engineering related) 3+ years of experience in manufacturing (automobiles, assembly) and department management with more than 30 people. Technical knowledge Lean management: A3、VSM、G8D、 ISO 9001, 14001 Soft skills Presentation skills, project planning and execution experience TOEIC: 550 or more Accountability, empathy, patience, communication skills, anti-stress, leadership.
