The product trainer will work as part of a team responsible for delivering a range of training courses enabling our customers to successfully install and use our products. Adding, maintaining, and creating training content for Siemens portal or similar. Reviewing and adding HQ material suitable for our UK training portal or other digital media. Work with a range of customers and colleagues to collect feedback to improve delivery and content of training. Identifying market and customer product training needs. Creating and maintaining training infrastructure and equipment. Working with training manager to identify future training needs. Work closely with product managers to ensure training content is suitable for market needs. Assist manager budgeting for new training equipment and maintenance of existing infrastructure. Co-ordinate training activities with training admin. Working with marketing to promote courses. What skills and experience you will bring to the role: Must have some experience in Fire industry as a technical support, training, sales support or commissioning engineer or similar. ONC/HNC or recognised apprenticeship in an engineering discipline or suitable on-the-job experience. Good communication skills Confident presenter Technical knowledge of Fire market and products Ability to work with complex products and systems. Good IT and PC skills Presentation skills Ability to gather feedback from a wide range of sources and provide an objective analysis.
