Job Description
The role offers a wide variety of interesting and challenging opportunities to the right candidate to join our Industry Sales Team at Siemens Regional Solution & Services (SI RSS). As Siemens RSS, we offer smart building solutions and services, energy efficiency and digitalization solutions to our customers. We are looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic fire safety & security portfolio manager who will work to create an eco-system with sales teams to increase market penetration and share. What are my responsibilities? Acts as an interface and responsible contact for information and knowledge transfer between HQ and key users for Fire Safety & Security Portfolio, Leads and consults to prepare Total Building Solution that consists of Siemens and 3rd party solutions in coordination with Sales Team, Strong relationship with existing 3rd Party Suppliers in order to create an ecosystem and keep Sales Team up to date. Organizes trainings for Siemens Sales & Engineering Teams, Follows market closely in order to find and integrate new 3rd party solutions and reports to Sales Team, Plans activities for new solutions (Siemens and 3rd Parties) or customer events in Demo Showroom in cooperation with Sales & Engineering Team, Continuously monitors key markets: competitor activity, Portfolio gaps, demand and supply conditions, standards and regulations in the target markets etc. (market intelligence), Committee activities: the representation of Siemens RSS in associations and Interest groups for normalization, standardization and Market development with regard to new Technologies, Close contact with Siemens internal teams in order to follow up consulting companies, Supporting Marketing & Communication Team with the strategic focus topics. What do I need to qualify for this role? • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, • Advanced level of Fire Safety and Security Systems knowledge, • Network and IT infrastructure knowledge, • 5+ years of product management/engineering/sales experience in related fields, • Excellent command of Turkish & English both written and spoken, • Expert level of knowledge in MS Office, • Strong team player with good interpersonal skills and customer focused, • Excellent communication skills at different levels up to the management level, • Active driver with no travel restrictions.
