Your Challenge Ensure efficient sales support for all customers with FS-specific product portfolio demand Plan and ensure sales volumes, customer visits and strategic activities in assigned territory Analyze the specific market conditions and build a sound market related network of stakeholders Prepare customer contact, builds and maintains a customer focused network Prioritize customers based on potential and opportunities and allocate effort (# visits) Spot and develop opportunities and prospects in Salesforce CRM System Develop new customers to gain additive potentials/revenues Coordinate and negotiate proposals in cooperation with Back Office / other involved professionals and management Utilize Back Office & Support functions for efficient serving of customers wherever possible May act as a point of contact to assigned customers in commercial matters and influence collaboration within the organization to secure customer support Act as a fire sales specialist develop new partners What you need to bring with you Growth Mindset: Desire to continuous learning, comfortable with ambiguity, willingness to unlearn and relearn Results / Goals orientation and self-motivation for personal and career development within a dynamic working environment Natural curiosity to collaborate with others, grow within a team and ask questions Self-starter with aggressive energy to accomplish assigned tasks on time Excellent time management, prioritization and problem-solving skills Bachelor or master’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering Experience in marketing and sales in product business (1-2 years) Experience in contract management & negotiation (1-2 years) Experience in SI industry or Building Technologies Advanced know-how in application & Fire systems & products (1-2 years) Advanced know-how of local Fire market, customers, influencers and competitors Solid know-how in products delivery chains, e-commerce Good knowledge of Greek and English, both written and spoken Inclusion is our ambition!
