Eaton's site in Espoo is a Center of Excellence for 3 phase UPS design for the EMEA -region. We have a 30 person strong R&D organization on site which collaborates globally with different stakeholders in the pursuit of new product development.

We are currently looking for a Firmware Engineering summer trainee to join our growing firmware team. As a summer trainee you will help to maintain and create new features and functions for the next generation of Eaton UPS devices.
 

Qualifications

What we are looking for in a FW trainee:

• You have completed your basic Electrical Engineering courses
• You have experience with programming in C and/or C++
• You are interested in electronics and coding
• You are proficient in English

The following would be an advantage:

• Knowledge of embedded systems
• Knowledge of other languages such as Python
• Electronics and coding as a hobby
