The customers problems are received by our team for deep technical analysis. Our team is responsible to provide quick and professional analysis and troubleshooting of the problem.We are handling all bugs that are related to CSME, analyzing issues of manycomponents, and seeing the overall system level.

Qualifications

Studying towards BSc. In Computer Science or Computer/Software Engineering At least 4 semesters until graduation Availability for 3 working days a week Experience as PC Technician - advantage Good knowledge of PC Architecture and OS including hands on experience Good spoken and written English (as working with teams across the globe) Good networking and communication skills Motivation and creative thinking
