Job Description

 YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

The primary responsibilities of this role, First Line Sales Manager , are to: 

 

  • Responsible of the correct implementation of HUB Strategy and activities at country level.
  • Accountable for country P&L, sales forecast accuracy, stocking policies and local market access strategy.
  • Responsible of guaranteeing correct allocations, optimization of resources and expenditure control among brands in the country within TA brands agreed budgets.
  • Responsible of guiding, driving and aligning commercial, T&S secure execution of promotional plan, medical and advocacy activities.
  • Accountable for local implementation and monitoring of PSP in coordination with Medical Affairs.
  • Responsible for representing Pharma in country Pharmaceutical Association and as P.R spokesperson.
  • Responsible for direct interaction with key stakeholders (payors, HCPs, patients leagues, customers, societies) promoting proactive development of advocates for the brands.
  • Responsible for Local Talent management-hiring, development, retention and termination, maintaining and developing organizational culture and values according to Compliance guidelines.
  • Responsible of the team adoption of new tools including virtual calls.

Required Qualifications:

 

  • University Degree. Preferable MBA.
  • Intermediate English Level (Desired).
  • Minimum of 3 years in similar position or minimum of 8 years’ experience in Marketing and Sales with a proven track record..
  • Professional experience in commercial activities in the institutional setting of specialty care products, including dealing with complex product launches.
