  • Provide guidance to business partners relating to the development of controls for critical business processes to mitigate compliance/operational risk

  • Provide ongoing direction and support of business unit’s issue management and remediation efforts

  • Support functional areas with internal audits, regulatory exams, second line reviews as well as any additional governance

  • Partner with GGRC to complete annual risk assessments

  • Manage FLOD oversight of open risks and issues, assessing the risk and bringing forth to appropriate key stakeholders in partnership with compliance

  • Act as a liaison for a multitude of projects across the FLOD Team; engaging key partners across all areas of the organization

  • Provide reporting and presentations for senior leaders that communicate appropriate project or program level updates

  • Make informed decisions and actions to control/manage risk exposure

  • Review end to end processes of current issues to identify areas of weakness in need of stronger controls and implement appropriate corrective action to resolve

  • Design and implement programs that will align business processes with strategic goals to create efficiencies

  • Collaborate with appropriate groups to escalate, resolve and report issues

  • Effectively manage business critical processes with appropriate retention and audit trails
