Fixed Assets Management
-Fixed Asset application review, approval and maintenance in system
-Fixed Asset capitalization and retirement
-Perform year-end asset checking
-Perform Fixed Asset monthly deprecation
-Perform FA monthly analysis reports
-Investigate and rectify FA enquiries
-Ad hoc accounts analysis and report
-Process optinization and automation
Leasing Assets Management
-Lease contracts information maintainance in SAP system
-Perform contract valuation and prepare auto/manual journal entries based on requirement of CAS 21.
-Prepare budget forecast in leasing assets area and other analysis report.
Policy Analysis
-Policy tracking and impact analysis, including accounting, tax and other financial related policies
-Facilitate adoption of new policies, including communication with key stakeholders, process setup and system preparation, etc.
Internal & External Reporting / Communication
-Support financial reporting function for different internal/external reports
-Key coordinator of BMBS F&C We@Finance project to coordinate and organise F&C level workshops or other sharing activities
Process Optimization and Automation
-Improve efficiency through optimization process of FA & lease contract management and other related areas
