Allocate all drivers as required, so they adhere to strict schedules Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection. Prepare reports such as time sheets, expenses, etc. Assisting in the recruitment of quality drivers into the fleet. Ensuring all fleet members have proper licensure (Professional Driving License), having good knowledge of locations, using digital tools and well trained (Safety Driving) Establishing efficient routes and transportation schedules Train new drivers and encouraging them to create the most efficient routes Responsible for the Vehicle’s conditions Your Qualifications and Skills – Digital and Solid! Proven experience in Project’s Transport/ Fleets Good knowledge of Vehicles and Equipment. Good presentation skills Strong interpersonal skills.
