The Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Causeway Bay is managed by the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and; is the first Crowne Plaza branded hotel in Hong Kong. The hotel offers upscale accommodation, authentic cuisine and state-of-the-art meeting facilities with enhanced services. Ideally located at Leighton Road, major business, leisure and shopping facilities in the Causeway Bay area are easily accessible and within walking distance. Job Responsibilities

Supervise the implementation of housekeeping standards and procedures in relation to bedroom, bathroom, valet, cleaning, and linen service

Maintain a current and thorough knowledge of all housekeeping systems

Open and close the shift and ensure effective shift handover is completed

Perform room allocations and room inspections

Liaise with Front Office and Engineering Department for both guest and hotel requirements

Co-ordinate special projects (e.g. site rooms, pest control, window and carpet cleaning, room inventories)

Manage storage areas

Job Requirements

Form 5 or above

Minimum 1 year housekeeping experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity

Can demonstrate the ability to interact with guests, employees and business associates

Good communication skill, organizational and training abilities

Proficient in Microsoft applications, e.g. Word, Excel

Good command of English and Chinese, including Putonghua
