Job Responsibilities:
* To be fully responsible for the overall operations for all the floral design at MGM including Hotel, F & B outlets, casino, junket, public areas and guest room
* Review weekly work schedules in accordance with staffing guidelines and labor forecasts; guides on adjusting schedules if necessary to meet business demands
* Review daily event orders and conduct weekly meetings with all respective departmental Managers and review all information pertinent to the week’s business
* Mentor and train appropriate employees for upward growth
* Review and monitor departmental inventories, payroll expenses, OS&E expenses, cost per occupied Room
* Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial forecasts for review with Floral Director
* Responsible for the recruitment, development and performance management of the Floral department
* Prepares the monthly Floral consumption report, floral budget and other related documents
* Oversees the financial aspects of the above-mentioned operations, minimize the costs while ensuring the highest quality floral design
* Assists the Director of Floral in all aspects of planning and development of floral design

Job Requirements:
* At least 3 - 5 years’ working experience in Floral design, managing a floral team with 5 or above team members
* Experience in a 5 star luxury hotel, resort or casino is an advantage
* Bachelor’s Degree holder is preferred
* Possess good command of Chinese and English
