Job Descriptions:

• Fully responsible for the overall day-to-day operations for the Floral department.

* Help with minimizing costs while ensuring the highest quality floral design.

* Checks Banquet Event Orders for flower requirements.

• Prepares Big Flower arrangements.

* Ensures high quality control over all flower arrangements.

Job Requirements:

• 2 - 3 years’ working experience in Floral design of 5-stars hospitality industry.

* High School diploma or above.

* Excellent language skills in Cantonese or Mandarin, English is preferred.

* Must have effective listening abilities, sound judgment and organizational skill. Required to work under time constraints and within established deadlines. Individual must be detailed and possess, effective decision-making and intermediate math skills, hand-eye co-ordination and demonstrate the ability to distinguish color and possess a knowledge of plants.
