What you will be doing:

  • Attend Morning Meeting - Relay meeting minutes and all pertinent Guest and Group information to Resort Leaders.
  • Trace High Rate, Long Stay, T5 & Executive Office Guests for Outlet reservations.
  • Run daily Envention outlet compliance report and relay findings to Food & Beverage Senior Leadership team.
  • Extract Daily VOG by Department for Department Manger follow up & review for DOFB
  • Consolidate VOG Trend report by month for action plan for DOFB review
  • Run daily Dayforce outlet compliance report confirming daily punch edit protocol and relay findings to Food & Beverage Senior Leadership team.
  • Run daily INES outlet compliance report confirming progression in the interview process and assist with pre-screen interview process during peak business levels.
  • Run weekly Dayforce outlet compliance report, confirming weekly pay period close and relay findings to Food & Beverage Senior Leadership team.
  • Audit and manage website accuracy and menu changes with in-house design team.
  • Attend and maintain meeting minutes at weekly Food & Beverage Meetings.
  • Attend weekly Resume meeting and relay pertinent information to Food & Beverage leadership teams.
  • Manage the Food & Beverage Weekly Outlet Potentials report, built off of Revenue Management’s 21 day forecast report.
  • Manage weekly Food & Beverage Outlet Hours of Operation for all outlets and email final copy to Resort Leadership.
  • Confirm and manage weekly Food & Beverage Leadership Schedule for culinary and front of the house leadership teams. 
  • Confirm & manage VIP Amenity Grids working in conjunction with In Room Dining GM
  • Run monthly ‘Rolling Three Month’ pool closure reports working in conjunction with Conference Services and Banquet leadership teams.
  • Run monthly resort pass financial breakdown for month end GM commentary.
  • Audit and manage QR codes across all Food & Beverage outlets.
  • Audit and manage mandatory compliance for food and beverage TIPS beverage training for all colleagues and leadership positions.
  • Confirm and manage monthly Pools Complex Rate Calendar working in conjunction with Pool Complex General Manager.
  • Conduct quarterly outlet SOX audits, confirming menu pricing accuracy across outlets and against competitive set
  • Conduct quarterly outlet Silverware and Avero audits to confirm accurate revenue coding for all outlet menus.
  • Assist outlet and finance team with Secondary job code and payroll close for Holiday Brunch Buffets
  • Manage & audit Travel Zoo Fire Pit Rate Calendar for Christmas at the Princess Seasonal events;  Fire & Ice, Igloos at The Village and The Lodge Alpine Kitchen & Bar
  • Manage & audit Ticket Spice Fire pit rate calendar for Christmas at the Princess Seasonal events,  Fire & Ice, Igloos at The Village and The Lodge Alpine Kitchen & Bar
