This redevelopment of the iconic 1876  masterpiece is looking for a Food & Beverage Attendants for: Henrry's Bread & Wine, Dixson & Sons and Spice Trader Bar.We want someone to share their passion and start their new journey with us!

Located in the heart of the CBD, this building masterpiece offers an exceptional location, an exciting Food & Beverage concept and meeting facilities. The hotel will showcase the best of Australian's Heritage Culture through our restaurant, conference rooms, cafe and bar. Inspired by the concepts of sustainability and indulgence, hallmarks of this iconic heritage building.

Job tasks and responsibilities

• Offering an exceptional level of customer service in an outstanding environment
• Providing food and beverage recommendations and explanation of our menu to guests and finding solutions to any of their dietary requirements
• Upselling and cross selling menu items
• Liaising with kitchen team to ensure efficient delivery of orders
• Being involved in the set up and delivery of events and conferences on site
• Creating an experience that goes above and beyond the expectations of our guests

Skills and experience

• A warm and friendly personality
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail and personal presentation
• Previous restaurant experience preferred but not essential
• Barista experience preferred but not essential
• The legal right to work in Australia
