Novotel Melbourne Preston require a peoples person to join a diverse and energetic team at The Stampton Restaurant. Food, drinks and a good time is what we are all about.

Key duties include:

• Take food & beverage orders and run food & drinks
• Highly engaged in day to day F&B operations
• Any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager
• Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation

Skills and experience

• Genuine passion for Food & Beverage
• A positive can do & customer focused attitude
• A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
• Availability to work varied shifts including early morning, late evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Previous experience in a similar position is advantageous however not essential
