We are conveniently located in the heart of The Rocks in Sydney's CBD.

This is your opportunity to join our team as a Part Time or Casual Food & Beverage Attendant, in our exciting venue. As an experienced F&B professional, you will bring a friendly, professional attitude, coupled with a focus on providing exceptional dining experiences to our customers. 

You will be able to confidently converse with our guests, explaining the menu and beverage options, assisting with dietary requirements, and upselling where possible. You'll also be a strong team player, working well with other colleagues on the floor and with our kitchen team, to ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive service. Most importantly, you'll have a warm and engaging personality that ensures that The Quartier becomes a neighbourhood favourite.

As a successful candidate you will have:
 

• A friendly, customer focused attitude with the strive to provide Total Customer Satisfaction
• Initiative to ensure that interactions with our customers are positive and efficient
• Your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience
• Confidence in liaising with various internal and external clients
• The ability to work autonomously, and within a team
• A high standard of grooming and presentation
• The flexibility and reliability to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends and public holidays 
• Australian working rights
