Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to join & assist in our Food & Beverage Team
Come and work as part of our friendly F&B team in the part time or casual role of Food and Beverage Attendant.
You will need to bring your exceptional customer service skills to anticipate our guests needs and deliver a memorable experience
Key Responsibilities include, however not limited to:
- Ensure efficient, friendly and professional food and beverage service is provided to all guests;
- Provide for guests an experience and environment they feel meets their expectations;
- Familiarise yourself with VIP and regular guests to ensure their requests and needs are met.
- Ensure revenue for the shift is accounted for with cash/charge summary being completed to balance daily activities;
- Set up systems to protect and maintain control of restaurant and conference service equipment, correctly recording breakages and carry out regular stock takes;
- Set up and maintain a weekly cleaning schedule for the restaurant and conference areas to achieve the highest possible hygiene and cleaning standards;
- Ensure staff are competent in all service procedures and they are able to maximize sales to guests;
- Be knowledgeable of and operate within appropriate outlet and hotel liquor licensing guidelines and House Management Policies.
- Maintain currency of RSA certification, amendments and updates and adhere to RSA principles;
- Ensure ACCOR values and Principals of People-ology are entrenched into the F&B team on a daily basis.
- Offer support to Supervisors and Management by enforcing policy and procedure in the department
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and display a positive work ethic
- Be able to work a range of shifts, including night and weekend workk including night and weekend work
