What you will be doing: 

• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
• Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items and preparation methods.
• Motivate, lead, coach, and monitor the performance levels of all team members.
• Direct and maintain the safety and sanitation of all areas in the outlet.

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in same position.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Good listening and communication skills & Ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnights.
