FOOD AND BEVERAGE DIRECTOR – EASTERN EUROPE

Main Scope
As the Food and Beverage Director, you will be responsible for leading the Food & Beverage function for managed EMP brands hotels (Economy, Midscale & Premium) across all of the 18 countries in the Eastern Europe sub-hub; which is part of the Northern Europe region. By embracing the F&B vision and strategy, you will support VP F&B Northern Europe, Accor operations, hotels and asset owners / partners to make restaurants, bars and cafes the heartbeat of the hotels, by creating vibrant, on-trend, and authentic venues that are current and relevant to their marketplace, that delight guests and support achievement of financial objectives and guest satisfaction targets.
Your responsibilities
- Often working alone, in a matrix organization to evolve existing F&B concepts and offers, propose and deliver the most appropriate F&B solutions for new hotels, takeovers and renovations.
- Responsible for driving F&B quality and standards for all meal occasions, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, bars / beverages, snacks, grab & go, MICE / C&B and virtual restaurants.
- You will evolve the food and drinks offer and service experience to delight in-hotel guests and attract non-hotel residents in the local areas.
- By being open and receptive to new trends, innovations and technologies, and embracing them, ensure that Accor is ahead of competition and provides solutions for partners / hotels across the breadth of the food and beverage function
- Support achievement of regional F&B RPS targets (quality)
- Support operations / hotels to achieve F&B revenue & profit targets
- Maintain & evolve existing F&B concepts
- Enhance, evolve and maintain core brand standard F&B menus & offers
- Propose and manage F&B elements of projects for new hotels, major renovations and take-overs
- Create authentic, current and on-trend F&B concepts and materials
- Develop / create interesting and effective revenue driving initiatives and activations with other Accor Support Office teams (Marketing, Procurement etc.
- Effectively Manage F&B department budget
- Propose F&B solutions and services to appropriate franchise partners / hotels to generate incremental fees revenue for Accor
Our requirements
- Fluent in English and knowledge of a second European language
- Pre-& post opening experience (hotels & restaurants)
- Branded venue roll-out
