Job Description
  • Responsible for the quality and consistency of the product and service, as well as for the overall revenue and profitability; develops and manages all financial, employee engagement and guest satisfaction plans & actions for Food & Beverage department;
  • Take full responsibility for the business performance of the restaurants & bars plus the social image on all social media platforms;
  • Supervises and manages employees. Manages all day-to-day operations. Understands employee positions well enough to perform duties in employees' absence; create and execute plans for Ambassadors’ development & training;
  • Creating the Food & Beverage offerings as a Leading Culinary Destination in the City.


Work Experience
  • Minimum of 3-year experiences in a similar position in 5 star luxury international hotel brand in Vietnam;
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint with experience in presenting monthly reports, business plans;
  • Management and administration skills; 
  • HACCP Knowledge is a plus; 
  • Exceptional leadership mindset; ability to coach and mentor others; developing future leaders; guest orientation with eye for details.
  • Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times;
  • National or Foreigner under local contract. Candidates who are based in Vietnam only.
