Food & Beverage Manager 

Primary Responsibilities主要职责

• Development of all budgets, forecasts and schedules in line with the hotel business plan
• Anage performance issues that arise within the respective operating departments，and solving those issues with effective action plan
• Ensures guest and employee satisfaction, while maintaining market competitiveness and exceptional financial performance
• Be an inspiration to all hotel staff to achieve luxury levels of performance. Nteract in a positive way with all team members to ensure a luxury guest experience
• Identify and deal with issues which may cause cross cultural conflict or misunderstanding

• 和酒店运营计划一致的情况下，提出并制定各项标准，回顾及规划
• 整理各个餐饮部门出现的问题，并制作问题解决方案
• 保客人和员工满意度的同时，确保市场竞争力和最大化的收益
• 激励员工并达到奢华酒店应有的标准。运用积极的方式与团队成员互动来确保奢华的顾客体验
• 识别和处理可能导致跨文化冲突或误解的问题

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验

• Minimum of 5 years food and beverage management experience, preferably in the luxury setting.
• strong understanding of operational controls, budgeting, sales, and marketing.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop team members.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative.
• Excellent organizational skills.

• 优秀的英文听说读写能力。
