We are looking for someone to:

To Lead-

 

• Your experience and skills include:
• Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
• Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
• Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
• Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
  
  Outlets you will be managing:
• Platform 818-Restaurant & Bar (#2 on trip advisor 2019): A modern take on classic Australian dishes made with locally-sourced produce
• Eves Bar (TAA winner): A bar with hearty meals, local craft beers and delicious handcrafted cocktail.
• Conferencing & Events: Offering an urban and central city location with 9 modern, fully-equipped meeting rooms accommodating from 14 to 400 delegates.
