What will you do

• Oversee the overall food & beverage operation including conference & events, room service, bar and restaurant
• Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to deliver an exceptional experience to guests
• Ensure all Food Hygiene, Covid safe and MGallery by Sofitel standards are embedded in service at all times
• Coach and mentor the Food & Beverage team to feel empowered and engaged
• Manage all facets of the Food & Beverage budget including payroll, stock control and revenue generation
• Work with the outlets, kitchen and sales & marketing team to come up with creative revenue generating ideas in line with MGallery by Sofitel brand

What you need to be successful

• Experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment preferable
• Ability to lead a team to success through a caring and coaching approach
• Excellent time management and the ability to juggle priorities well
• A hands on approach to leadership
• Excellent knowledge and practice of food hygiene standards and responsible service of alcohol
• Proven ability to elevate the guest experience across the Food & Beverage operation
