Conveys the hotel's 4 star image and service culture through his/her exemplary attitude, warm and friendly welcome, availability and strong presence in the field

what you will be doing?

Manages and motivates the teams to improve margins, drive sales and deliver a high-level quality of service in order to exceed budgeted targets across all food, drink and meeting/events outlets

Is responsible for a positive and efficient working environment across the different teams

Ensures that all brand and H&S reference guidelines are correctly applied at all times, able to initiate new projects
