Hotel Overview
Situated in Senayan Square at the South end of Jakarta's Central Business District, Fairmont Jakarta will feature 380 spacious guestrooms and 108 Fairmont branded suites. Additional features and amenities to the urban hotel include a number of lounges and several restaurants featuring a variety of culinary offerings. For corporate events and local galas, the hotel features 3,500 square meters of function space, including a1,200 square meter ballroom.

What you will be doing:

  • Directs and controls the outlets respective staff to ensure that all day to day operational matters are handled on time and guest expectations are met.
  • Provides guidance and assistance to the Outlet Assistant Managers; helping them in the execution of their responsibilities and helping them to set their own goals and objectives.
  • Oversees the service standards of all outlets ensuring that they conform to the requisite standards and meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Oversees the quality, consistency, and presentation in the respective outlets to ensure that they conform to the requisite standards and meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Assists the Executive Assistant Manager or F&B Director by participating in the preparation of the Food and Beverage promotion plan and executes specific promotional activities as directed.
  • Assists in the preparation of the hotel’s annual budget and monitors and controls the performance of the individual outlets.
  • Assists in monitoring and controlling the hotel’s OE inventory and participates in inventory taking.

Your experience and skills include:

  • Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
  • Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
  • Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills

Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
