Responsibilities

• Provide quality service for an authentic Chinese Restaurant / Ballroom in a decent manner 
• Achieve high level customer satisfactions and ensure all meal orders are served timely and correctly
• Assist in the set up of Ballroom, delivery of catering service and banquet event handling 
• Anticipate guests’ needs, promote sales of beverages and wine to enrich dining experience
• Follow related occupational health and safety measures, maintain high level hygiene and quality standard in the course of service delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year or above relevant working experience in catering or hotel Industry with formal training in catering, hospitality management or relevant discipline
• Professional and dignified appearance, with knowledge of Chinese / Western Restaurant service operations
• Detail mind, service oriented, willing to take up flexible work schedules
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua would be an advantage
