Food & Beverage Supervisor

Summary of Responsibilities

The Food & Beverage Supervisor is part of the Food & Beverage leadership whose role is to support the Restaurant/Bar Manager in managing the day-to-day operations, in order to achieve the desired business results in the areas of colleague engagement, product and service excellence, and business prudence in accordance with the company’s operating criteria and performance expectations. The person schedules servers, supports and supervises them to make sure the established standards are implemented and the expectations of the guests are exceeded. As part of the Supervisor’s development, tasks delegated by the Manager will be frequent.

Qualifications

Candidates for this position must have at least one year experience as a Food and Beverage Outlet Supervisor or Captain, preferably in a luxury five star hotel or resort. They must possess personal attributes and supervisory competencies that are required for growth into successful leadership in a fast-paced yet positive and caring environment. In order to be highly productive in the job, candidates must have high computer literacy and be able to communicate effectively in English and Indonesian, both spoken and written.
