Our signature restaurant, Miss Mi, provides a taste journey through South East Asia. From the lanes and alleys of Shanghai to the markets of Bangkok, Miss Mi embraces the new while honouring the past - creating a multi-sensory and atmospheric dining experience.

As a part time Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will join our leadership team and assist in the smooth operation of our F&B outlets. Your food and beverage knowledge is unrivalled. You are passionate, knowledgeable and have built your reputation on delivering exceptional experiences - leading from the front. With a focus on building a culture of intuitive service that creates special moments for all guests, you will be part of a F&B team that delivers exceptional bar service; a refined a la carte lunch, dinner and room service; as well as an extraordinary ‘Miss Mi’ breakfast experience.

You will have:

• an unbridled passion for food and a love of sharing your 'food stories' with our patrons. Experience and knowledge of Asian cuisine preferred
• a commitment to providing an extraordinary dining experience for our guests, providing enthusiastic assistance when recommending wine and beverages
• exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated results in developing and motivating teams, your lead by example approach will be infectious
• Experience with local market knowledge in the hospitality industry
