Novotel Melbourne Glen Waverley is a successful 4.5 star hotel comprising 200 guest rooms, restaurant/bar &  conference facilities, situated in a bustling business district and at the gateway of the Dandenong Ranges.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Effectively handle guest and team feedback
• Setting, reviewing and maintaining the high service standards expected of a 4.5 Star hotel
• Work closely with F&B Guest Service Manager, Director of Operations and Conference & Events Team 
• Assist with training and developing of team members on product knowledge
• Liaise with the Kitchen on menu, guest feedback and service improvements
• Assist with writing the department’s roster, taking into consideration forecast, wage cost, team requests

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

• Previous experience in leading team members
• Strong restaurant/bar service experience
• Ability to be creative and quirky
• Ability to effectively manage fast paced environments within the restaurant, bar and conference & events.
