This redevelopment of the iconic 1876 five-storey masterpiece is looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisors for: Henrry's Bread & Wine, Dixson & Sons and Spice Trader.We want someone to share their passion and start their new journey with us!

Located in the heart of the CBD, this five-storey masterpiece offers an exceptional location, an exciting Food & Beverage concept and meeting facilities. The hotel will showcase the best of Australian's Culture through our restaurant, conference rooms, cafe and bar. Inspired by the concepts of sustainability and indulgence, hallmarks of this iconic heritage building.

As F&B Supervisor, you will join our leadership team and assist in the smooth operation of our F&B outlets. Your food and beverage knowledge will be unrivalled. You are guest obsessed and have built your reputation on delivering exceptional experiences; leading from the front. With a focus on building a culture of intuitive service that creates special moments for all guests; with refined a la carte lunch, dinner; as well as extraordinary breakfast and banqueting experiences.

The successful candidate will have:

• Passion, interest and confidence in wine & spirits. You will be involved in all areas of F&B
• Experience with local market knowledge in the hospitality industry
• A commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests
• Ability to work a rotating roster
• Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
• Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated results in developing and motivating teams, your lead by example approach will be infectious
