F&B Supervisor

Ready for a career move and be part of the pre-opening team? We are looking for a new talent to play a vital role in our F&B department working alongside a fantastic team. 

What is in it for you:

• • 1. 1. To ensure that the Restaurant is managed efficiently according to the established concept statements.
       2. To ensure that all operating standards are adhered to in order to achieve the level of service established in the Departmental Operations Manual.
       3. To ensure that the par stocks for all operating equipment and supplies are strictly adhered to and that the Restaurant is adequately equipped.
       4. To assist in conducting monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.
       5. To assist in controlling the requisitioning, storage and careful use of all operating equipment and supplies.
       6. To assist in planning the Restaurant weekly roster and work schedules to ensure that the Restaurant is adequately staffed to handle the level of business.
       7. To attend Daily Operations Meeting in the absence of the Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager.

Your experience and skills include:

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
