Sofitel Brisbane Central is currently seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our luxurious Food and Beverage team.

What you will be doing:

• Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food and Beverage Operations team
• Supervise and delegate duties, whilst ensuring brand standards are met
• Liaise with the kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal is maintained

Your experience and skills include:

• Service focused personality is essential
• Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset 
• A real passion for everything Food and Beverage
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the capability to lead by example
