What you will be doing:

• Supervising F&B outlet operations
• Thrive on guest engagement, creating a great experience every visit 
• Train & develop team, ensuring service standards & agreed systems are achieved
• Create opportunities for increased revenue & achieve financial targets
• Represent the needs of the team
• Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items and preparation methods
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage

Your experience and skills include:

• Eye for detail & the ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining appropriate at all times
• Previous supervisory experience in a hotel or high volume venue
• Contribute to the analysis of beverage sales & build / adjust cocktail menus
• A passion for delivering great "on trend" Cocktails & Craft Beer 
• Creation of systems & processes to ensuring consistent service  
• Team development 
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
