YOUR MISSION:

You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality services of the Banquet and Conference Department through professional guest service, individually and with a coordinated team. Support of the manager in development and training for team members. Attention to the details of the service, in line with brand standards, sale of gastronomic products offered by the hotel, promotion of hotel services.



Work Experience

OUR EXPECTATIONS:

• min. one year of experience in a similar position or as a senior waiter in the conference and banquet department - a necessary condition!

• knowledge of the English language allowing for communication with the visitor

• ability to effectively manage the work of subordinate staff,

• organizational skills, multitasking and independence

• the ability to focus on the needs of guests with the utmost professionalism

• creating a positive image of the hotel

• impeccable appearance and high personal culture

• dynamism, accuracy and reliability in action

• availability for shift work
