Job Description
To be a part of the ibis team you will have a passion for providing quality customer service that sees our guests coming back again and again. Importantly, you will have excellent communication skills, a positive and enthusiastic attitude, and a commitment to providing excellent coffee, cocktails, food and service!
Your duties will include but not limited to:
•Assisting the team with day to day operations across our Food & Beverage outlets.
•Maintaining a constant focus on providing excellent guest experience always.
•Lead, mentor and train the food & beverage team, ensuring a fun and energetic working environment.
•Assist in with the induction of new team members.
•Ensure that team members are briefed on all specials and standard menu items.
•Positively handling guest complaints.
What we’re looking for:
•A strong Food & Beverage background in a similar environment
•A current WA RSA certificate
•A vibrant personality that contributes to the guest experience with a 'Yes I Can' attitude
•Good knowledge of MICROS and Microsoft office software
•A passion for training and developing staff
•An ability to demonstrate initiative & great eye for detail to maintain presentation standards
•The flexibility to work a variety of shifts including early starts, weekends & public holidays.
