About the Hotel

Featuring 347 Accommodation Rooms & Suites, Allora Cafe, and Mr. Carpano Dining and Bar. Our Bar is inspired by the Italian love of al fresco lifestyle, the bar boasts two outdoor terraces serving up a range of Italian and local beverages. 

About the Role

Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, your key duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Ensure smooth daily F&B operations within the restaurant, bar, cafe and room service
• Proactively review F&B products, services and procedures to advocate and evolve our offering
• Provide leadership, direction and support to the team
• Drive Team Member Engagement and promote a positive team culture
• Maintain strong relationships with clients & guests to maximise value to the business

Skills and Experience

• A true passion for Food and Beverage
• Being guest obsessed and create peak moments
• A leadership style that is authentic and engaging
• Capable of mentoring and driving the team to achieve excellence
• Availability to work varied shifts including early morning, late evenings, weekends and public holidays
