About the Role

Reporting to the F&B Duty Manager, the F&B Team Leader will ensure the efficient running of the F&B areas to obtain customer satisfaction. The F&B Team Leader will:

• Be an efficient, friendly and professional provider of food and beverage service.
• Provide for guests and patrons an experience and environment that exceeds their expectations.
• Be an Ambassador of service and professionalism through your enthusiasm and example.
• Uphold brand expectations and bring life to vision.
• Be immersed in product knowledge, enhancing technical ability and provide outstanding recommendations.
• Foster loyalty through relationship building and never allowing a guest to leave unhappy.

About You

• Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card.
• Professional, well-groomed appearance, demonstrating pride in presentation.
• Display a true desire to provide impeccable service.
• Flexibility and ability to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends and Public Holidays.
• Demonstrable experience in a similar, customer focused role.
