•Responsible for the efficient running of the shift.

•Responsible for leading the shift.

•Ensuring all guest queries, feedback and concerns are actioned appropriately.

•Liaising with all hotel departments, to ensure all necessary follow up is conducted.

•Ensuring all staff are comply with Workplace Health & Safety and PPE regulations

•Drive Workplace Health and Safety within your team and be part of Workplace Health and Safety committee.

•Due to current operations the successful candidate will also be required to assist in other operational areas such as Reception when needed.

•Have a passion for food and beverage

•Previous F&B experience in room service preferred.

•Knowledge of Food & Beverage Operations.

•LCQ Certificate, preferred.

•Diploma in Hospitality

•Management, preferred.

•Good Communication and Organization skills

•Excellent attention to detail for quality check of service and product

•Flexibility of availability; including working morning's, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
