Duties include but not limited to:

 

• Providing a memorable service to ensure loyalty of our guests.
• Welcoming guests and assist with their needs while explaining services provided.
• Setting up and arranging the venue as per brand standards.
• Using up-selling techniques as appropriate to increase revenue.
• Ensuring the whole venue is clean, well presentable and is free from obstructions.
• Practicing good hygiene standards.
