Overall Summary：

• Independently leading regulatory compliance and handle quality and product related public affairs

• Take responsibility for proposing, maintaining and developing the regulatory strategy

• Represent China regulatory and cross function communication

Key Responsibility:

• Develops and builds up the China Compliance function in consultation with global compliance team.

• Develops, initiates, maintains and revises policies and procedures on China level for the operation of the Global Compliance Program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical or improper conduct.

• Collaborates with other departments to direct China compliance issues, and provides supports to other departments ensuring compliance.

• Keeps tracking the developments of new or modified regulations in China relating to foods, additives, food contacts and take appropriate actions to ensure compliance.

• Assesses the regulatory compliance of company products.

• Understands and communicates trends that are relevant and have implications to company products, applications and markets.

• Provides advice and guidance on company products requirements to project team for support of commercialization.

• Checks compliance of company product, raw materials and approve accordingly.

• Understands and communicates the potential impact of relevant government policies and initiatives to business.

Qualification Requirements:

• Educational background: 本科毕业，食品，法律或技术类专业；英文听说读写流利

• Bachelor's degree (or above) in food, legal or other technical area
• Able to speak, read and write English/Chinese fluently.

• Relevant experience: 5年以上制造型外资企业食品行业法规，合规管理，食品安全管理经验

• At least five years' experience in regulatory affair, food safety or product stewardship

• Ability to interpret and apply regulations, regulatory guidance and identify and recommend compliance changes as appropriate.

• Initiative and high level of self-motivation
